A community in Brooklyn , NY coming together during COVID-19:

Photographers Shrutti Garg and Adina Lerner started #thefrontstepsproject in March 2020 during lockdown to document families and the neighborhood during the pandemic. They wanted to capture this important time in history while giving something back to the neighborhood. Together, they photographed about 150 families and raised $12,000 for local charities including CHiPS, Operation Feed Brooklyn, Food for NY Health Heroes, Trans Justice Funding Project, Food Bank for NYC, City Harvest, and many local businesses.

This beautiful 10"x8" book is a time capsule of our time together yet apart in the Spring of 2020 printed by Blurb. It shows who we were during our time at home and what our neighborhood looked like.
